Most of items you purchase will normally be dispatched within 2-5 business day by Hong Kong air mail, China post, ID post, or Singapore post. During this period, we will choose the fastest shipping method to ship the parcels. The arrival time depends on different areas in the world (excludes customs inspection).

Most of the items shipped using free shipping will arrive generally in 30-35 days (exclude holidays) for USA, European Union, Australia, Middle East & South East Asia (Please see below estimate delivery tables). For holiday seasons please add up additional 10-14 days. For other country like South America (exclude Argentina & Chile), Israel, Africa it will take up to 50-65 days because your item will transit several times in different country.

Please bear in mind that shipping to some country cannot be traced by using free shipping but can be trace by phone or contacting local post office website.

EMS (Optional)

  • If you need faster delivery time, the EMS Express shipping option is available in the shopping cart for you to choose from. Once you have chosen the EMS upgrade option, your order will automatically get shipped by EMS Express for delivery within 5 to 15 days (applicable to most of North American, Western European and Asian countries).
  • EMS only guarantees delivery speed however the normal order processing time still applies.
