This item is used and is in good condition. DVDs may have surface scratching that does not affect its playability. The case is in good condition but may have superficial scratches or scuffs, no major cracks or damage. Comes with original insert that may have wear and tear. I have cleaned all DVDs to the best of my abilities. Tested and works.
