Gold metal mesh trifold snap closure case, has unused ID card in plastic holder, 4 places to hold keys from chain (chains not included).

Sold as pictured and described.

Fair condition with heavy wear/use.  Mesh has been repaired with hand stitching on one side which makes the mesh a little loose.   Discolored inside lining.   Card is not filled out.  -see pics.
