Please note all of our inventory is sourced from department stores and similar retailers and is a store overstock ( Shelf pulled)  or customer returned item.   Most items are still brand new with the tags still attached or in otherwise unused condition! 

What is a shelf pull? Shelf pulled items are items that have been displayed in retail stores for sale but have never been purchased by a customer. They have been in a retail environment and may have been handled during this process.

Shipping

Shipping to the Continental United States only.  Most items will ship by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 

All purchases are shipped within one business day so that we can get your items to you as fast as possible.  If you have a time-sensitive purchase and require expedited shipping please contact us prior to purchasing and we will quote any additional costs and arrange to have your purchase expedited.  Please double-check your shipping address before sending payment. We will only ship to the address you provide through eBay. Per Ebay’s policy we cannot alter or change your address, so please be absolutely sure before ordering. The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to the wrong address.  

Returns

We love to see you satisfied with every purchase!  If you are not satisfied with a purchase please go to your "My eBay Purchases" and request a return authorization within 30 days and we will refund or offer an exchange if possible. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will be refunded your full item cost less any shipping costs.  

Pictures or Item Questions

We understand some people would like as much information as possible before making a purchase!  One way we are able to keep our costs so low is to utilize software to assist us with listing details and images rather than taking pictures of every single item.  Please know that the stock photo that is pictured will be identical to the item you receive!  If you have additional questions please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
