CONDITION REPORTS:
These may sometimes sound bad, but as I am your eyes I try to mention the things
that can often get omitted, taken for granted or that you may not even notice,
so you know exactly what you are buying. Descriptions are backed up by
images so you can make the most informed decision possible. I have not
had a disappointed customer yet, so this system must work, although I may have
lost sales because of it!
PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment in pounds Sterling (GBP) only please, by cheque or PayPal.
If paying by PayPal, please pay within 3 days, or advise.
If paying by cheque, please advise and send within 7 days.
DISPATCH:
All items are packed using professional packaging materials and are single or double boxed according to need, to ensure that your purchase arrives with you undamaged.
No profit is made from shipping and items are dispatched within 2 working days of received payment (usually same day), although I may not be able to post on Mondays.
Non-UK customers, please be aware that you may have to pay import duties on your purchase. Some U.S. & Australian customers - Internet sales tax will in most cases be added to your order. This is added by eBay to meet your country's tax laws, not by me.
RETURNS:
Should I misrepresent your purchase, I offer a full money back guarantee on safe return, including all your shipping costs.
Should you decide you want to return your purchase for any other reason, I will give a full refund less shipping and non-recoverable eBay fees.
