Adorable vintage 1990s sarong pin up style wiggle dress.  The label is Principles Petite.  It's a linen viscose blend and in good cared for condition; small amount of pulling on the rear kick split but it's secure and not about to rip.  If this was a little larger, it would be a keeper  :(

UK size 6 on the label.  I've included actual measurements to enable you to choose the correct fit for your size:

Chest:  up to 34"

Waist:  26"

Hips:  34"

Nape to hem:  36.5"
