Please understand that plants are shipped live and bare root. We try to ship out plants without any damage, however, depending upon how long it takes to sell the plant and what happens during the shipping process, the plant may have changed, grown or have slight defects. Likewise, a new leaf may have grown since the initial picture or the plant may even be larger than the size in the listing. Sometimes plants can go into shock from shipping or different growing conditions. Plants bounce back when watered and placed in partial shade while they readjust.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please take a picture and message through the provided order tracking immediately upon opening. All plants that are provided through the online platform are picked specifically because of their hardy ability to survive the heat, the lack of water, and the time spent in the mail. Please don't just leave us a bad review, we are happy to give a refund for an issue and bad reviews are hard to come back from especially when we're punished for things we can't control, like the mail being delayed. Please note, your item will arrive in a box that is sourced from America, so fuel is not wasted between countries for your shipping box. Your item will be wrapped in recycled paper from our business. We do not believe in purchasing packaging paper as this is a huge source of trash for our environment. If your item is bubble wrapped, the bubble wrap is sourced from America as well, as well as the tape. Any packaging, peanut packets, or other shipping material, is all recycled and reused in order to reduce our footprint. No instructions are sent with any item.
