In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, please contact us so we can investigate and replace the item.
We offer a 28 day return period for all our un-customised products. Products should be returned in the same unused condition that they where sent in. Due to the nature of customised products, these are NON refundable, unless the error is caused by us.
