Angelstar Cozenza Collection Handmade Handpainted 10 Sq In Butterfly Plate/tray. Not sure if it's vintage, the tag on the back is unreadable in sections.

The sticker on the back states it has been tested and is free of  lead and cadmium. 10x10 with a ruffled edge. I see no chips or cracks.
