A few of the sea shells (5) are damaged and there are some scuffing marks/chips on the mouth and a couple of beads are missing on the nose.
It is still a very special piece of art and has taken quite some time to accomplished.
You can see the handmade carving marks in the back of the mask, a leather hoop has been added for hanging it on the wall.
It measures 20" long and 10" wide, and weighs 6lb.
