All items purchased are guaranteed by Wallace Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram to be delivered to the address provided at check out. Tracking number and estimated date of delivery will be emailed to buyer, and should take 5 to 7 business days to receive. We ship globally through eBay's Global Shipping Program.

Return/Replacement Policy                                                          

30 day return policy on all item EXCEPT ALL ELECTRICAL ITEMS. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED FROM INTERNATIONAL SALES. If a return is necessary Please contact US via eBay Email to resolve any issues preferably before opening a eBay return to see if we can resolve without involving ebay. Items must be returned in original packaging and must be undamaged and in undamaged packaging, not installed and in new resalable condition. If there is an Issue with the part on Wallace Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram's Behalf we will send a Return Label to the customer and we will be responsible for the shipping cost. If there is a issue with a part on the customers behalf the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to get the item back for a refund or replacement. Once the item is received to our dealership the item will be reviewed upon receiving to determine condition, A refund will be issued for the full price of the part. A full refund of the shipping cost will be determined based on the reason for return. We also do case by case parts exchanges within 30days if you contact us if there is something wrong with the order and you need a replacement.

Since we are a fully functioning Mopar Dealership with Genuine Mopar Parts, All of our parts are covered. If there is a Issue with the parts you have received within a 24months of Purchase Please Provide Your Date & proof of purchase Part number and Contact US and we would be more than happy to Assist you with any Issues.
