Vintage Mexican School Poster – Los Ninõs Héroes – Number 736 

Original vintage school poster titled Los Ninõs Héroes (The Boy Heroes). Printed on satin stock with full colour illustrations on front and in black text on the reverse The poster has been in storage and rolled and is as new with a few minor wrinkles and slightly colouring around the border which should be negligible once framed.

The Niños Héroes (Heroic Cadets) were six Mexican military cadets who were killed in the defence of Mexico City during the Battle of Chapultepec.

Extensive history text on the reverse of the poster in Spanish refers to the illustrations on the front.

The poster is unframed. The publisher is D.R and it is made in Mexico.

Dimensions are 68cm wide and 46.5 cm high and will be shipped rolled in a post tube.
