Royal Mail 1st & 2nd Class are NOT tracked services. The serial number provided is proof of dispatch / postage only.
We are unable to provide tracking information or updates once dispatched.
We print & post our party banners with Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class, same day if ordered by the cut-off, or next day if after.
Orders on Saturday after the cut-off & all day Sunday will be posted on Monday.
If the item has not arrived by the tenth day from dispatch and you confirm this by messaging us, we can send an immediate replacement or raise a shipping claim and process a refund.
We offer Royal Mail Special Delivery for extremely urgent orders. This is the only guaranteed next day shipping service.

You are buying an intangible design service - we are not charging for the free banner.
This affects your rights to a refund if your free banner gets lost in transit, arrives damaged, is misprinted or your event date gets missed.
The eBay money back guarantee does not cover intangible items, and cases opened will not result in successful recourse.
Refund & Returns Policy
We strictly do not refund on the basis your event date is missed due to postal delays.
We do not accept standard returns, and can not refund on the basis the item is simply unwanted.
In instances where the banner gets lost, if confirmed on the tenth day, & no sooner, we can either immediately dispatch a replacement or refund you in full.
In instances where the banner arrives damaged, upon receipt of photographic evidence showing damage to the item & packaging, we can either immediately dispatch a replacement or refund you in full.
In instances where the item is misprinted, upon receipt of photographic evidence showing the misprint, we can either immediately dispatch a replacement or refund you in full.
Product Limitations
The free banner is printed on 'low tack' vinyl, so will adhere neatly to most surfaces that aren't too rough and pull away neatly & cleanly without leaving residue or marks.
We strongly advise to test beforehand (wallpaper / fragile surfaces / decorative paint may be damaged), & we disclaim any and all liability for incorrect installation or damage resulting from use.
Our banners may have minor / slight colour banding from the print process, or small marks.
They are shipped folded rather than rolled, however once unfolded, peeled and stuck on a surface, signs of this are extremely discreet / negligible.
Your free banner may arrive with minor / light creasing from transit - this is not considered damage, and will not affect the performance of the item.
Every effort is made to ensure the item arrives in excellent condition and as cost effectively ads possible. In some instances, the banner may bear some signs of impact during transit along its edge. We include a thin blank border on our banners intentionally to absorb any impacts, and in any severe areas this is intended to be trimmed away.
