Childhood Memories of Gorton in the Nineteen-Twenties, by Harry Chadwick

Booklet published by Neil Richardson in 1994, 34 pages. A4 size booklet (N4833)

Harry Chadwick was born at 10 Brook Street in Gorton in December 1916, and in this booklet he provides a fascinating account of his experiences growing up in the area in the 1920's.

The booklet is illustrated throughout with several black and white photographs

Condition of the booklet is generally very good. The covers have one or two very minor scuffs but are clean and bright, the staple spine is tight and intact and all pages are clean, intact, unblemished and tightly bound. Has an old price printed on the front cover, a small price sticker on the rear side.

When we post our books, we take great care in packaging them - first your book will be wrapped in bubblewrap, which protects the book and even keeps out any rain (in the event that it's raining when the postie delivers it!). Then we wrap your book in stiff cardboard, taking care to make sure all the corners are protected, and finally the package is wrapped in thick brown paper.
