Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time on weekend and public holidays. Items are generally dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received.

We warranty and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. All parts are guaranteed for 90 days (unless otherwise stated). If any part supplied by us proves to be faulty during the warranty period, we will exchange it for a like-for-like part. If no exchange part is available, a refund will be given. This guarantee is void if any part supplied has been tampered with in any way. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced, unless a replacement is unavailable, in which case money will be refunded. We must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item : Please check your order before signing for it, and if the item is damaged refuse to accept it from the courier. Should you wish to return an item, please ensure that the returns slip (attached to your delivery note) is completed, as we are unable to process returns without this information.
