DEVOLUCIÓN
Se realizan devoluciones en un plazo de 30 días. Si deseas ejercer tu derecho de desistimiento, por favor, entra en tu cuenta, haz click en el pedido que desees devolver, y en la parte inferior envíanos un mensaje alegando el motivo de la devolución. En un plazo de 24 a 48 horas hábiles responderemos tu solicitud y procesaremos la devolución si fuera pertinente.
El derecho de desistimiento consiste en rescindir un contrato, devolviendo toda o parte de la mercancía adquirida a nuestro almacén. Si se trata de toda la mercancía comprada y se envió mediante mensajería, también se reembolsarán los gastos de envío originales (siendo los gastos del envío de la devolución por cuenta del cliente). Todo este proceso se debe hacer antes de que hayan pasado 30 días desde la recepción de la mercancía. Pasado este tiempo, no se podrá ejercer el derecho a la devolución. El importe total de la compra, junto con los gastos de envío iniciales, serán reembolsados una vez llegue el producto a nuestro almacén y sea verificado su correcto estado.

Additional costs, such as customs, import duties, VAT, taxes and charges are the buyer's responsibility. Those charges are NOT included in the price of the item or shipping charges.

RETURNS

The right of withdrawal consists of concluding a contract, returning all or part of the merchandise purchased to our warehouse.
