Royal Mail 1st class can take up to 3 working days (aim for 48 hour delivery) to be delivered.

Royal Mail 2nd class can take up to 10 working days (aim for 3 working days) to be delivered.

A claim cannot be made to Royal Mail until the respective period ends.

Please allow for the maximum period before opening a case or contact if you

Please note that ANY customs / additional  charges will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. I can provide any help where possible when arranging the postage.

Any purchaser OUTSIDE of the EU please email for a postage quote. 

Free UK delivery on all our orders, and recorded in some instances.  All our items will be securely packaged and sent out within 1 working day of sale. We will update the tracking for orders shortly after posting where applicable. Our cut-off for delivery is 3pm and it may be processed and posted out the following working day. In some instances only a collection service will be available. Please see each listing for more info.

In the current circumstances there may be delays to postage which are out of our hands, but we will do everything possible to assist in any queries.

In the event a return is best option, please return all items in the 'same condition' as 'described' or as 'shown' in the pictures. If sealed, it MUST stay sealed for change of mind, etc.

Where the item is 'faulty' we will cover all the shipping costs.
