PROCESSING
Please allow up to 24 business hours for your order to be processed upon the completion of your payment. Once your order has been processed you will automatically receive your tracking number via your my eBay. If you have not received your tracking number it means that your order has not yet been processed.
PAYMENT
You must make your payment within four days upon the auction completion. If you fail to do this an unpaid item case will be opened up against you. Please communicate with us if there are any issues making your payment. We accept pay pal and credit card payments. International customers are responsible for any taxes, fees or import charges associated with your order.
SHIPPING
SPC Sports ships using FedEx and USPS. Most orders will ship USPS Priority or First Class mail. SPC Sports offers international shipping worldwide through USPS International and eBay's Global Shipping Program. SPC Sports also offers expedited one and two-day shipping are available at checkout.
PAY PAL USERS ONLY, SPC Sports Inc is only authorized by PayPal to ship the item to the shipping address listed on your eBay order. Please verify that your shipping information is up to date before you submit your payment.
RETURN POLICY
You have 60 days from the original purchase of your item to process a return. Returns are only accepted if the item is still in its original wrapper and has not been used. If you send back an item that is used or has been removed from its original wrapper your return request will be denied and the item will be shipped back to you. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
WARRANTY
Marucci Sports offers a warranty policy on our Pro Model and Custom Pro wood bats; and our aluminium and composite metal bats. We do not currently offer a warranty policy on our apparel, accessories, or other products.
Marucci Sports now offers a one-time 30-day warranty on all Pro Model and Custom Pro Wood Bats. Customer must register their bat on Marucsi's website within 7 days of purchase.
Marucci provides customers with a one-time replacement within 12 months from the date of purchase. To qualify for warranty service, you must be the original bat owner and provide proof of purchase from an authorized Marucci dealer. We do not warranty any product purchased from or through a third party, including but not limited to Craigslist, eBay and other non-authorized retailers. Clearance bats priced under $50 are not backed by a warranty. The Marucci warranty covers the following things:
Requirement of Tender
As a condition of any warranty claim, the bat and a valid receipt from an authorized Marucci dealer are tendered to Marucci at the address listed below. Warranties will not be honored unless the bat and receipt are tendered. All product returned under warranty will be reviewed by our qualified staff. If it is determined that your bat is covered under warranty, Marucci will send you either a repaired or replacement bat of the same model and size. We reserve the right to perform testing to determine if the bat meets warranty requirements and/or to refuse warranty service to any person who, in the judgment of Marucci, abuses the Marucci product and/or warranty policy. Marucci also reserves the right to substitute a similar product as a replacement, if necessary.
