This is a brand new pump only turned on to verify functionality. The first picture is a stock photo, the other pictures are all of the actual pump. One of the photos shows the inlet with thread tape residue, one shows the ground area for clearance of rmc hookup, and one photo shows the end of the 200 lb valve. 

I have 2 of these pumps that can be sent with or without the fittings and pipe. Both pumps are identical.
