A lacquer-coated fountain pen that embodies traditional craftsmanship by making full use of Wajima lacquer lacquer and maki-e techniques to fill in the recesses (grooves) of the main body, and by repeating coating and polishing to create a smooth and glossy finish on the surface. The border, lid plug, and tail plug of the main body are finished using colored lacquer, mother-of-pearl, and pure gold powder, which are inspired by jewels = Bijou.

Wajima lacquer lacquer craftsman Takuya Hino carefully painted and lacquered each pen by hand, and this fountain pen itself is worthy of being called a "Bijou". A serial number is placed on the lid gold ring with an original design, and a large 21K gold nib unique to Sailor Fountain Pens is installed.

There are two colors: ruby (red) and emerald (green). Only 300 pieces of each color will be sold in Japan and overseas.
