Vtg Retro 1930s Handmade Sewn Day Dress Yellow Polka Dots Cotton Empire Waist Floral

This dress exhibits expert seamstress skills.

Condition is pre-owned and good except two rips. One about midway down the skirt (pictured), one at the bottom back hem (picture will be uploaded soon), and a storage smell. (I won't launder vintage, delicate clothes to help preserve them. But gentle laundering is suggested upon receiving item.
