Feature:
1. Extend the 5 4-pin fan interface to solve the lack of motherboard interface and centralize the processing of fan cables.
2. The PWM header is connected to the motherboard CPU fan header, and the red is a dedicated header for CPU fans. The black header is the PWM conventional fan header.
3. Motherboard cpu FAN power input.
4. Support 3-pin fan but without speed regulation function, this is limited by the function of the fan itself, can only run 3-pin fan at full speed.
