We opened box to insure product quality. Good thing - the box had the wrong label upon it - claiming that this was a medium dog leash and not the extra small one that it actually is. Also the two tone pink handle was described as pink/white. Plus, we tested the tape / leash length with our tape measure and it measured out at 9 feet 9 inches and not the advertised 10 feet.
In all fairness, if we were in an American factory making dog leashes for China, we could easily mix up the packaging too. Our grasp of Schezwan simply isn't good enough.
