THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW - Thank you for checking out RichAndTiffsNiceThings eBay store.  A few things we would like you to know about us..

SHIPPING - We are happy to combine shipping and refund the difference! We do not try to make money on shipping, we set our price as close as possible without knowing the end destination in advance. Some times we are over and some times we are under, in the end it averages out. We ship on Mondays, Wed & Fridays. During the Holiday Seasons we often Ship every Day.  If its paid for prior to or early on those days, we will get it out. Unless items are particularly large, we primarily ship item First class or Priority mail.

CLOTHING - We only pick out top quality clothing, so it must be new or have very minimal wear. We only pick out the freshest, most flawless clothing we can find (with the exception of a few vintage items). We do not add extra wear by washing, if it needs washed it won't be in our store. We aim for reliable and well-known NAME BRANDS in active wear, outdoor wear, and button up casual wear. After we picture our clothing, we package it in vacuum sealed poly plastic bags and store them safely until shipping.

KNICK-KNACKS & BREAKABLES - We spend a fair amount of time packing items that have sold, we want to ensure it gets to the buyer safely and in one piece. We give it the final inspection at time of shipping and if there is any issues, we will let you know prior to shipping it.  

RETURN POLICY - We have a NO Return policy. We do not put a lot in descriptions, But we take careful pictures from all various angles. We are totally honest with everything we sell, if we see a flaw or problem, that information WILL be put in description.

    

LOST ITEMS - If an Item is Lost Please Contact the carrier. Once the item leaves our hands, we have no control.

DAMAGED ITEMS - If an item arrives damaged, Please send detailed pictures. Pictures of Box, ALL PACKAGING and Item damage from different angles and Up close. As soon as I receive detailed photos, I am Happy to Issue a full Refund.

OUR STOCK - Most of our things come from Collectors, Garage sales, thrift shops, house clean ups and really where ever we can find Treasures.  Our goal is to get these things to new homes with folks that want and Love it as much as we do.
