Spring blossom honey is harvested from cherries, apple trees, strawberries, rape seed flowers, blinds, dairies and other early flowering plants. Honey is golden yellow with a mild taste.

Spring blossom honey invigorates, provides a lot of energy, strengthens the immune system and significantly improves well-being.

Spring honey contains significantly more nutrients because, in contrast to summer, honey bees carry several dozen plants instead of several. After all, nature blooms most in the spring. In spring honey, pollen concentrations are tens of times higher than in summer honey. This causes it to crystallize very quickly.
