DELIVERY

All our mattresses are made to order, delivery dates are estimated and found in your order details. Once they have been dispatched, you'll be able to access your tracking information by our courier company. If your order is placed before 8pm, it would be dispatched the following morning and usually comes to your door within 48 hours provided they are working days. (Weekends and bank holidays may elongate the duration of your delivery). Delivery time are from 7am - 9pm. We deliver to address that you provide at the time that you place the order. Once the item has been dispatched, the order is unable to be cancelled. All our mattresses are vacuum packed, rolled, and boxed. We recommend that your give the mattress at least 12 hours to form properly. We deliver to mainland England, Scotland and Wales.

DAMAGES

Upon rare occasions, our item may arrive to you in less than perfect condition. If so, refuse the delivery and contact us and we will rectify this issue ASAP. For damages or incorrect mattress please provide us photographic evidence. The pattern of the mattress may not be identical to the above shown, this is because they are subject to availability and all our mattresses are hand crafted.

RETURNS

If the item isn't as you required, we are welcome to accept returns within 30 days of its arrival. The item must be unused and still in its original packaging. You are required to send any item back to us yourself and to cover the costs of the return. Please ensure you have sent your item back to the right address and if the item is meeting our requirements then we will process the refund as soon as we can. Used mattresses cannot be returned for hygienic purposes. We provide positive feedback for our customers and would highly appreciate it if our customers can for us aswell.
