If you place an order with UPS to a PO Box delivery address your order will be switched to USPS Priority if the fee is the same amount or less, or canceled if more.
Shipping fees are exact!
You are never overcharged for shipping.
I do not set the shipping fees, the shipping service providers do.
Fees are calculated by the eBay Shipping Service, not me.
Items are packaged and weighed before being listed.
Fees are based solely on the size and weight of the package, and
the distance it has to travel.
You pay what they charge, no extra fees, no charge for the packing
supplies.
If I see you are overcharged by the eBay shipping calculator, I will refund the difference.
If the fee is more than you paid, I pay the difference.
