TO PERSONALISE

When you place your order please supply your personalisation details in the 'Personalisation' box

Alternatively add the personalisation details as you proceed though the Pay pal checkout

This can be done by adding a Note to the Seller, you must remember to press ‘add message’ once you have typed the details otherwise your message will not be saved.

If you would like your own personalisation please leave in ‘Personalisation’ box.

Please check your messages regularly I may need to contact you if I need to clarify any of the details you have sent to personalise your card.

I may have to adjust the design slightly to get the best layout depending on the amount of text you provide.

If your design features crystals on the text they will be placed in a way that best suits the layout.

POSTAGE
Cards are packaged in a cellophane sleeve and placed in a hard backed envelope for extra protection during transit so it gets to you safe and sound!

Orders will be dispatched within 2/3 working days and are sent using

FREE 2^ND CLASS ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY.

If you need it sooner you can upgrade to Royal Mail 1^st class postage at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: 1^st class postage is not a next day delivery and although Royal Mail aims for 1-2 days delivery time – it is not guaranteed to be delivered in this timescale.

Orders placed on Friday Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following working day (usually Monday).

Please note every effort has been made to represent colours correctly, however due to monitor differences the colour on screen maybe slightly different to the finished product.
