This is a Small Micro Machine Piper Apache Single Engine Propeller Aircraft marked Rescue.  It is made of plastic and is highly detailed, note the markings.  It is about 1 7/8 inches long and has a wing span of about 2 1/8 inch.  I bought this as part of a job lot and it is in good condition, but shows wear.  The coin in the picture is a Dime to show just how small this item is.
