The delivery of the products will take place at the address provided by the buyer within the times and methods established by the express courier.

Any damage or discrepancy in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, by adding the wording "withdrawal with reservation" and specifying the reason on the accompanying document. Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objections regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered.

Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within five days of receipt.

Any report beyond the aforementioned deadlines will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree. February 21, 2014, n. 21, in compliance with the provisions of art. 52 of the same decree, the customer may freely exercise the right of withdrawal without any motivation, by giving notice no later than 14 days after receiving the purchased product.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised only if the product is perfectly intact in every part and in a normal state of conservation.

The returned product must not be deprived of the original packaging or parts of it, nor show signs of tampering or otherwise.

All products sold are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice (or delivery note) that he will receive with the goods ordered. By accepting the purchase contract, the customer declares that he/she has taken note of the assistance methods in force at the time of using the Warranty Assistance.

Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for loss of items after the goods have been delivered.

Technical information

The technical information entered is obtained from the information published by the manufacturer of the items included in our catalogue. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify/adapt the technical information of the products in the catalogue, even without any prior notice.

The images relating to the articles may be indicative, the characteristics of the delivered objects may be slightly different from the photos presented in the catalogue.

Product Availability

We reserve the right to accept or reject orders placed and in any case until the goods are sold out.

The items for sale may be temporarily unavailable, in which case Messrs. Customers will be notified via email within a maximum of seven days of receipt of the purchase order.

In the event that the ordered item is no longer available, we avail ourselves of the right to cancel the request received, re-crediting any amounts paid.
