CONDITION: Great condition! Has just sat in a closet for years unused. Does not come with tags, may have been worn a few times. No obvious wear. Part of the limited early 2000s clothing line designed by Avril Lavigne!

The adjuster belt on the back of the vest measures 10" and can tightened to take the waist in
