Apply a layer of gel non-wipe top coat - cure in lamp. Use a sponge tipped eyeshadow applicator, or a silicone brush to buff a thin layer of pigment onto nail surface (you can use both technic- apply powder by sponge- then smooth by silicone brush and remove excess of powder by rubber glove).
Seal with gel top coat - cure in lamp.
Recommended to be used over gel topcoat and sealed with gel top coat.
