Thank you for considering this item today. I am taking a moment to explain a few things about this listing’s condition. All our products are purchased in large quantity from liquidation sales. These large lots that are purchased consist of warehouse overstock, and\or discontinued, and\or consumer returns. The items are in large boxes and all are mixed, loose, inventory. This means that even a brand new item may have a scuffed up box due to the packing method of the supplier. For that I am sorry, and it is not every item just be warned the outer package may be scuffed/worn/torn/ and/or dented. All within reason, obviously I won’t ship out something with a destroyed box and try to pass it of as new. We are talking cosmetic damage to the outer package not total carnage. If an item is obviously still completely sealed and unopened it is listed as new. If the package looks like it might have been opened, has been opened, has a tear or any SERIOUS damage to the package, but the item inside is complete and in pristine condition, it is listed as new open box. This is of course after testing and cleaning to ensure the item is both functional and sanitary upon arrival. If an item looks to have been used it is thoroughly tested and cleaned and listed as used. If an item is damaged and can easily be repaired, it is repaired then thoroughly tested and cleaned and listed as seller refurbished. All others are listed as parts and repair lots or simply thrown away.

  Since these items are purchased from liquidation lots, and I am not the manufacturer of this product, I can’t say the manufacturer will honor any warranty info that may or may not be included with the item. If this item comes with paperwork for warranty or extended warranty it would be best  to assume it will not be honored by the manufacturer due to the item not being sold directly through them. However we do offer 30 day free to you returns

Returns

First step in making a return, Contact me with the issue and reason. There may be a quicker or simpler solution. We do accept 30 day returns free of charge to you In the U.S. If you are outside of the U.S. we still may except 30 day returns but the buyer must pay the return international shipping. After the 30 day period we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Keep in mind we accept 30 day returns. Some people think this means money back and they keep the item. You must return the item to receive a refund. If you don’t have a printer to print out the return label please mention before requesting a return so I can accommodate for this. We do expect the item to be returned in the condition it was received in. There are a few things to consider. The very first thing you should do is contact us to discuss what the issue is. Sometimes it is a simple user error and other times we have another item that we can replace it with. So again always contact us first before requesting to return an item or leaving feedback. We highly recommend you ask questions and do the research before purchasing. Remember we paid to ship it to you then ship it back if you return it, this is two expenses, that we have to pay, simply because of a hasty purchase. All we ask is that you try to do the research and make a good decision before purchasing.

 

Shipping

Free shipping to the U.S. We ship the shipping method of our choice free of charge to you. 95% percent of the time items are shipped Priority Mail, or First Class Package, which are in most cases the same shipping time. In some cases with large and\or very heavy items, we will use a parcel carrier like FedEx or UPS that may take a few days more. We usually use these other carriers when difference in shipping cost is substantial enough to justify doing so. If you live outside the U.S. You will be billed international shipping rates through the eBay global shipping program, not me. That means it is a charge from eBay… I have no ability to change, or remove, the charge for shipping. If you return the item that was shipped internationally, for any reason, You must pay the return shipping yourself. Also we are known for speedy shipping so when it’s paid we get it out of here and on it’s way to you as quickly as we can. Seriously, check our feedback it’s the number one thing “fast shipping.”
