We keep tracking and provide tracking numbers (if available) upon request from the customer. 

DELAYS: Our responsibility is to send item within timeframe stated. Once item passed to delivery services (Royal Mail) it is their responsibility to deliver item as soon as possible. Occasionally delays might occur (Royal Mail) advises to wait for 10 working days regardless of method sent. 

RETURNS: See individual listing if accepted. IF accepted customer to report immediately upon receiving item and state reason. Returns will be accepted only in original condition. Customer to pay for a postage therefore please take this in to consideration.
