  • If the cartridge is bought less than 30 days, we will pay for the shipping cost for the replacement. Otherwise, customer will be charged for the shipping. 
  • If buyer bought wrong items, buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee and 20% charges on order price to cover our lost on the previous shipping and management.
  • Replacement or refund will be issued soon after the return is received.
