This is a San Diego Fire Department Vintage Obsolete Emblem. Engineer. NAS Naval Air Station. A pretty scarce item. From a local estate.  

Cosmetics-Good overall with greenish pitting and tarnish. Bottom tip and top edge are curved bent in some. See photos. Great for your collection. See lots of photos of what you are getting.
