This item is used and is in good condition. DVDs may have surface scratching that does not affect its playability. The case is in good condition but may have superficial scratches, scuffs or stickers, no major cracks or damage. Comes with original insert that may have wear and tear. Cover art and plastic on case may be wavy/wrinkled. I cannot guarantee the viability of any digital downloads or mp3s. I have cleaned all DVDs to the best of my abilities. Tested and works.
