Item is in clean condition.  It was acquired new and was used very little as an extra phone (just for reading some stuff off of WiFi connections) and is observed to be working just fine.

This phone has been cleared & reset to its original factory configuration.  Photos are of the actual product to be sold and all of the other items that will be included. 

Please be aware that since I do not have a need for this item that I do not want it back for any reason whatsoever after the auction closes.  Therefore I am selling it "AS/IS" and there will be:  No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds!
