In the 90s the Hyatt hotel chain created a collection of fantastic recipes from their profile chefs around the world. The book showcases hotel cuisine in many countries and is still interesting 30 years late.

The book is in good shape.  The pages are generally clean and bright. Some pages do have discolouration being that it is a cook book and used. The last pic shows a small tear in the dust cover, which I have taped so it is not that obvious.
