Instruction Booklet is in Acceptable Condition with no tears on any pages but some pages are slightly bend and there is also tiny dots of what looks to be black ink on the front and back cover (barely noticeable but please check out the pictures)

Cardboard Box is in Acceptable Condition as well with slight tears & bends in the cardboard. No added stickers other than the holographic sticker in the bottom left corner of the front of the box that indicates that is an officially licensed NBA product.
