Aftermarket seal kit for all variations of Fox Float R/RC/RP series shocks!

NOTE: THIS KIT IS FOR 3/8" DIAMETER DAMPER SHAFTS. IF YOUR SHOCK HAS A 9 MM DAMPER SHAFT, YOU WILL NEED TO USE MY FLOAT DPS/CTD SEAL KIT.

-Covers high volume air can sleeves

-Uses thicker bottom out bumper compared to the stock seal kit to increase durability

-Includes all white backup rings

-No piston ring included

-Uses nitrile propedal rod seal that will not crack from aging and cause an adjuster leak (a common issue with the stock seal on the older versions of this shock)

-Includes air can thread seals for both older (2001-2004) and newer (2005+) style air cans

-Includes IFP seals for both older (2001-2003) and newer (2004+) style IFPs

Service tip: make sure to replace the inner seal in the rebound metering rod (this requires removing the damper shaft from the eyelet. The stock polyurethane seal here is often disintegrated from aging because, causing an oil leak through the adjuster knobs. 

IFP pressures vary from 250-500 psi based on the model, all models use Fox 10 wt oil.
