Large enamel bow stretch bangle, bracelet. I think the metal is gold plated or filled. The middle of the bow is a faceted Lucite or Bakelite cabochon that is prong set.

The bracelet is in two halves that stretch apart on 2 rows of strong off-white elastic that has plenty of stretch.

Measurements:

Inside unstretched diameters - 2 5/8 x 2 1/8 in (6.7 x 5.4 cm)

Bow width - 2 5/8 in (6.7 cm)
