We are an experienced, high quality, musical instrument company, specializing in a wide range of high quality acoustic and electric guitars. We are also able to provide a limited number of special order, one of a kind guitars. We are originally based only in China. Now, we have expanded, with several USA based Warehouse Distribution Centers. (In California, New Jersey, Illinois) This allows us to better serve our USA customers with lower prices due to reduced shipping and import charges, and faster customer service response and delivery times.
PAYMENT
We accept PayPal, and Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover card payments. Please be advised that payments may be subject to verification to protect against fraudulent transactions.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
We usually process orders within 24 hours of receiving payment, barring any verification delays. We ship from our USA based warehouses by insured and tracked USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS. The tracking number is furnished to customers at the time of shipping. Shipping and delivery time varies most often from 5 to 8 business days for delivery within the USA.
However, due to the effect of the current virus pandemic on shipping companies’ ability to transport, shipping and delivery times may in some cases be extended by several days. The tracking numbers provide to customers detailed shipping progress online.
Please be assured that we consider each and every guitar that we ship to be precious cargo, so in addition to fully insuring each instrument, we are most careful to safely pack each guitar.
