These items are designed and printed in the U.S.A., and are printed out of PLA plastic. It is designed to just simply be pushed onto the wheel, while still being tight enough to keep it from shifting around. Color is chosen randomly out of colors that I have available- If you want to pick color you can ask what colors I have available and I can do it in whichever option you prefer. 

Shipped with USPS. This listing is for one 3D printed piece for one handed steering as pictured and described, no transmitter or receiver included. Due to the process of 3D printing, there may be slight defects that will not effect performance or functionality. Handling time after confirmed payment is 1-3 business days Mon-Fri.
