You are purchasing a Plasticville O-O27 #LM-3 "Freight Station Kit." COMPLETE
This kit is complete and in "very good/excellent" condition with all plastic parts intact with no breaks, or cracks.
The box too is in "very good" condition. The usual shelf wear, but still a nice early Plasticville box.
All parts, including the paper insert sign is original from the 1950's release.
