Connector Outside Diameter: the diameter of the smooth end that connects to the female piece, typically 6.30mm (SAE 1/4"), 7.89mm (SAE 5/16"), 9.49mm (SAE 3/8"), 9.89mm (SAE 10mm), 11.8mm (SAE 12mm), 12.61mm (SAE 1/2"), 15.82mm (SAE 5/8") etc.
