Toilet seats sold by us are sealed within a plastic wrapper for hygiene purposes, if they are removed from their wrapper and you wish to return it to us, we will only provide a refund if the product is faulty. If the items remain sealed within their hygienic wrapper, we can accept it back for a full refund if you change your mind. Unfortunately we cannot resell an opened toilet seat or bidet spray to the public for health reasons. We strongly recommend customers to measure their toilet pan carefully as well as the cistern as this sometimes prevents toilet seats from remaining upright.
