Also known as cotter pins, these pins have one prong slightly longer than the other, making them easy to open. Bend the prongs outward to secure them. Use them to secure the ends of the clevis pins and shafts to hold the components in place.

A2 stainless steel pins offer a balance of strength and corrosion resistance. They can be slightly magnetic. Passivated pins offer additional protection against corrosion and oxidation.

Type of Stainless Steel:
201 Stainless Steel (SUS), suitable for use in a dry environment, it is easy to rust with water.
304 Stainless Steel (A2), outdoor or humid environment, resistant to corrosion and acid.
316 Stainless Steel (A4), added molybdenum, more corrosion resistance and pitting resistance, especially suitable for seawater and chemical media.
