The assayer is most probably Viktor Savinkov (Виктор Савинков) - known for the hallmark "BC" above the year "1878." Viktor was known in 1855-1888

Russian "84" silver known to be the most common at the time, or equal to .875 by today's standards.

The jeweler is hallmarked "MA" or "Mд" - unknown origin, likely Jewish jeweler. Unknown logo with a horse flying? 

Has original patina, scuffs, scratches, and wear. Has not been refinished or polished in recent years.
