- We ship all products from Harrison, NJ, with USPS, UPS, DHL or Fedex at our choice. It takes approximately 3-7 (up to 10) business days after shipping to deliver the item within the continent United States of America.
- At your request we can ship items United Kingdom, European Union countries (except Malta and Denmark), Australian, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea. Please contact us before purchasing items. It takes approximately 5-14 days for items to be delivered to specific countries. For some countries such as Australian, New Zealand and South Korea Additional 3-5 days may be required to deliver items.
-If the item is not received within 7 days we will provide a delivery confirmation number or tracking number upon your request and try to help resolve delivery issues.
-We are unable to ship items to addresses temporarily occupied by customers i.e. hotels, motels, resorts and inns.

Return and Warranty Terms Warranty period is stated in product description. If warranty period is 200 days unless otherwise stated in product description. This warranty is non-transferable.
